3.2 Each individual may hold only one betrup account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. betrup may close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances found across duplicate registrations.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your betrup login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. betrup is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 betrup may require completion of KYC verification before activating full account functionality, processing withdrawal requests, or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued identification document such as a CNIC.
3.5 betrup reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where betrup has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct.
4.1 betrup accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the betrup cashier at the time of transaction.
4.2 Deposits are credited to your betrup Real Money Balance subject to successful payment processor confirmation. betrup is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. betrup reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 betrup targets same-day processing for JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals and next-business-day processing for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to verification requirements and business hours.
4.5 betrup does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside betrup's control and are your responsibility.
4.6 betrup does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
5.1 betrup offers bonuses and promotional offers subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry periods, which are stated in full on each individual promotion page. These Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to your Bonus Balance and must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the Bonus Balance or resulting winnings may be transferred to your Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
5.3 betrup reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a player's eligibility for a promotion if betrup has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk combinations specifically to fulfil wagering requirements ("bonus abuse"), or collusion with other players.
5.4 betrup promotional offers are intended for recreational players. Professional or systematic exploitation of bonus structures is prohibited and may result in account closure.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on the betrup platform are final once confirmed. betrup does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where betrup determines at its sole discretion that a bet was placed in error due to a technical fault or manifestly incorrect odds.
6.2 betrup reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or any other integrity issue affecting the outcome of the event on which the bet was placed.
6.3 All casino games on the betrup platform utilise independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. betrup does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on the certified theoretical RTP of each game over a statistically significant number of rounds.
6.4 betrup is not responsible for losses arising from system failures, internet connectivity interruptions, or device errors on the User's side during an active game session.

11.1 betrup reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details associated with their betrup account and/or via a prominent notice on the betrup platform.
11.2 Continued use of the betrup platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using betrup and request account closure.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which betrup operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
